Define support before the first request
A support boundary should say what is included, for how long, and what happens outside that window. Example: "For 30 days after launch, support includes bug fixes and CMS questions. New features, SEO work, copy changes, third-party outages, and design revisions are quoted separately."
This is not hostile. It is respectful. It gives the client a route to get help without making every request feel like a negotiation.

When a request falls outside the boundary, reply with confidence: "Happy to help. That sits outside the post-launch support terms, so I will send a small quote."
