Does Finalizo work for non-web projects?

Yes. Finalizo includes templates for web design, no-code apps, AI automation workflows, and brand and creative projects. You can also build fully custom packs from scratch for any project type.

Is it safe to store credentials in Finalizo?

Credentials are encrypted at rest and delivered inside a project-scoped portal. Clients only see the credentials in their own pack. Nothing is sent in plain text by email.

What happens to my packs if I downgrade to Free?

Existing handovers and signed certificates always remain accessible and exportable. Delivering new project closeouts requires upgrading to Pro or purchasing a Closeout Credit ($29). Historical records are never deleted.

Yes. Every handover pack can be exported as a PDF at any time, on any plan, including Free.
