Affiliate Programme Terms

Programme

The Finalizo Affiliate Programme is operated by Nebula Craft Design Ltd. An applicant must be approved before earning commission. We may accept or reject an application and may suspend a partner where activity creates legal, reputational, security, or customer risk.

Commission

Approved affiliates earn 30% of eligible subscription revenue paid by an attributed customer for the first 12 months of that customer's paid subscription. Commission is calculated on eligible net subscription revenue actually received by Finalizo, excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks, credits, discounts, payment fees, and amounts not successfully collected.

Attribution requires the customer's use of an approved referral link or another attribution method recorded by Finalizo. Attribution is not guaranteed where cookies are blocked, links are overwritten, a customer already has an account, or the customer was already in an active sales or trial flow.

Holds and payouts

Commission remains subject to a 30-day hold from the underlying customer payment to allow for refunds, chargebacks, fraud review, and cancellation checks. Approved balances are reviewed monthly. The minimum payout is $50 (or the supported currency equivalent shown in the affiliate dashboard). Payouts may be made through Stripe Connect or another approved method and may require identity, tax, or payout verification.

Finalizo will not send a payout until the balance is payable, the affiliate account is approved, required verification is complete, and the payment method is ready. We may offset or recover commissions created by refunds, chargebacks, fraud, self-referrals, duplicate attribution, or other ineligible activity.

Promotion rules

Affiliates must clearly disclose the commercial relationship and must make accurate claims. Do not imply that you are Finalizo, guarantee earnings, make unapproved security or legal claims, use misleading urgency, bid on Finalizo brand terms without written approval, send unsolicited bulk messages, or use spam, malware, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or misleading redirects. Respect privacy, marketing, consumer protection, and advertising laws in each audience's jurisdiction.

Relationship and changes

The programme is non-exclusive. It does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or authority to bind Finalizo. Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes, disclosures, content, and costs. We may change the programme prospectively with reasonable notice or close it for a partner or the programme where necessary. These terms do not alter the Terms of Service for a Finalizo customer.
