Optional assistance

Finalizo may offer optional AI-assisted suggestions for project items, handover wording, or closeout structure. AI output is a draft to help you work faster. You must review, edit, and approve it before it is saved, sent, relied on, or shown to a client.

No professional advice

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or unsuitable for a particular project. It is not legal, security, financial, tax, accessibility, or other professional advice. Do not use it as the sole basis for a high-risk decision.

Prompts and providers

When an AI feature is used, the prompt and relevant project context may be sent to the configured AI provider to generate the requested output. Finalizo does not retain AI prompts as product content unless you or an authorised workspace user saves them. Provider retention and processing are subject to the provider arrangement and the Subprocessor Register. Do not include secrets, passwords, private keys, or unnecessary personal data in a prompt.

Customer control

You remain responsible for the input, output, permissions, copyright and other rights, client notices, and final content. Do not represent an AI suggestion as independently verified or as a commitment by Finalizo.
